Herpes Simplex


  1. There is some evidence that decreasing intake of arginine containing foods may decrease the replication of the herpes simplex virus. Combining low arginine intake along with lysine supplementation may significantly increase the effectiveness of such a diet. Nuts are a source of arginine.
